Summary

Caledonia Mining is once again cheap, as it trades at a 20% premium
to its working capital in spite of its consistent profitability in
the face of low gold prices.

The company just introduced an expansion plan for its Blanket Mine
that will dramatically increase production using capital
the company already has.

Even if we ascribe a low valuation to future cash-flow given that
it comes from Zimbabwe shares have meaningful upside from here
at $1,140/oz. gold--the low for the recent move.
