Both FNma and Fmcc tanked with the last Judge's ruling....we still have to survive the next Judge....it could go either way...hopefully it will be interpreted in our favor....we all have a lot riding on one judge right now...and while the ruling may not be final because of any appeal process , if it's not in our favor I am afraid we are in for a lot more pain since the market will react accordingly....but ...Good luck to all of us....
