I hear ya on the current picture, but when they list current SEC filings they should be accurate, although they may not have the latest one included. That's the way I view it anyway. If you have other filings then they are missing some.

Bear in mind yahoo finance information was more current by a few months then what we originally discussed on your post where you asked about major holders and how I had come up with Chrome origninally.

Perhaps one is missing but SEC is SEC to me, so they may be not totally current but that is all I can find and it is more current most times than Pinksheets service.

What do you use for a source, it didn't sound complete back when you posted originally?
