Supreme cannot make the deadline for getting plants into the ground even before a ruling comes from the MMAR case. Then the competitors will have figured out how to produce cheaper grades of MJ, beat Supreme to the punch, and sign up all those patients that need product. The Dr.s will have already written off Supreme as a supplier of Walmart grade MJ because the others will have established clients months earlier.

HC most likely walks in and finds more discrepancies and fails to license anyways as the building and property are so worn and the small space Supreme is hoping to start growing isn't going to amount to 1/10 of the capacity usable. What a joke this company is. Now the SP is knocking on $0.30 with HC coming soon, why is that idiots? FAILURE!
