First off, you have some deep-pocketed friends. Second off, no. Did they use their 200k (per person) to buy the stock at that level? Of course not; that would mean that your two friends would own about 11% of the company's last reported outstanding shares.
The SEC requires those who own 5% of a publicly listed company to file forms showing ownership; this would be accessible through the SEC database.
I don't completely doubt that you have friends who have invested a serious chunk of change into this start up, but at 0.0015? That's a bit misleading.
