Complaint New electric vehicle delivered with defects, Manufacturer refuses to rectify.About 3 weeks ago, I spent nearly $100,000 to buy an electric vehicle from Tesla. The vehicle was delivered with several defects and despite repeated pleas for assistance, Tesla has refused to correct the defects. Promised return phone calls have not materialized and the vehicle is a safety hazard.Tesla finally admitted that it was unable to resolve some of the issues and offered to purchase the vehicle back but there has been no follow-up.- Paint swirl marks, scratches and dents in several places.- Rear passenger side window has a bubble in it.- Radio reception is poor, receiving a signal approximately 50% of the time- HD Radio reception is non-existent - it has NEVER worked- Driver profile saved settings only work with one key.- Navigation system spins in a circle- MCU in a BRAND NEW CAR was replaced with a refurbished part in an effort to resolve above navigation system issue.
