I'm not going to defend Dror taking loans that convert at will @ .001 when the PPS is trading in multi pennies.

I will need Dror to tell me what he was thinking at the time. Until then I will assume the people that got these deals were friends and family- that is the only thing that makes sense. and these loans should be considered a breach of shareholder trust, and a failure in fiduciary duty and Dror should be held financially responsible. It may even boarder on criminality.
