All I know is that it is one of many sad, sad commentaries on our stock market when an outright and obvious scandal has existed as long as it has with trading actc/ocata and no one/a regulatory agency in a position to do something about it has not, looks the other way and/or worse, is paid off by those who would be directly affected in adverse way if something was done to eliminate or at least the criminal activity which exists here.
I am hoping uplisting helps but judging by what transpired yesterday, I am not all that confident that it will at least not yet anyways.
