Unfortunately, it looks like they have the votes lined up and will pass it Monday with these despicable add ons in it. It is so creepy that, in fact, it is not publicly known who did it and how they got it done at the last moment. It's another small indication of the the big buying power Wall Street has and with the ability to wield that considerable power behind closed doors.
