The problem is that the new distributions are just replacing the ones they already have that aren't reordering. They're no longer growing. The last 3 quarters have been completely flat. I don't see them doing any more than $2.2 million for the quarter. Then the audited Q4 will show any true-ups and that's when they've had problems the last 2 years.

I can see them doing $8 million for the year, but I don't see $10 million. In any case, to break even with current expenses, they'd need to do $14 million per quarter; they're nowhere near that.
