I talked to the master franchisers and heard it from the horses mouth. Sales are extremely difficult to close this time of year. So far they had about 4 serious inquiries, including the master franchiser himself. But, no sales yet. I recommend putting this on a watch list for now. If news hits in January or beyond, just slap the ASK to get back in. This just might be headed for quad land.
