Lol!! Why would the SEC investigate a company that has a product with no PR's making empty promises or even suggestions. They're working on live broadcast, and beyond that there is nothing to investigate. Obviously you're one of the very few who gamble on OTC stocks and hasn't seen ridiculous PR's with mind numbing pps drops. Check out epaz if you want to see how far a company can go without an investigation in the OTC.
That said, if/when fins are released, we will see forward progress.
