this concept was flawed from the beginning. the information superhighway is littered with bad ideas and this is one of them. waiting for someone to pick up this soon to be shell, but with all shares outstanding, I assume anyway as there has been no indication from UTRM management (if you can call them that), that the shell will be worthless unless they do a massive r/s and start over.

I wouldn't be surprised if the sec is investigating this scam
