Its hard to argue against tacky's prediction for future. However, I think you are only looking at the near term. The PGM aquisition as you stated will only cost shares/money in the near term. It wont be a big catalyst for PPS movement. However, having some revenue should help clear they way to financing for the other activities and growth needed to move into profits.
I agree that these guys are making money on the shareholders w/o much to show for it. How a CFO can get 18k a month and not get the paperwork done to prevent a CTO is beyond me. However, that doesn't mean that we wont make money as well. I think management has secured some great feedstock and offtake agreements. The financing for plants will come as they develope sources of revenue. This process may take years, but for those who are patient the potential rewards are huge. Especially at this PPS. I have a sizable chunk of shares with no plans to get out.
