So here is my prediction of the 'future'. Let's ignore the past. Let's give Bernie Madoff money to invest.

1. Acquisition is completed.

2. O/S shares increase to 500 million.

3. Company has sales but no profits.

4. BIG PROMISES FOR THE FUTURE SALES AND PROFITS by Company.

5. CTO is lifted and there is no increase in volume or price.
