Not sure I would worry too much about this.
As far as the IP issue and Arc Energy, Kedar Gupta's new company hired the Ex CTO of Crystal Systems that was acquired by GT a couple of years after the acquisition so Arc had ready access to a lot of the IP of Crystal Systems / GT when he joined Arc.
Their processes are quite different but the crystal growth physics are essentially the same. Looks like background noise to me.
