Koos and cronies Inc. CANNOT get this JUNK off the floor!!!

Confidence in Koos and his ability to run a sucessful company well and capture the interest of the BIO community large and small is a must for any bussiness. Here are just a few of his follies and Im sure that I will miss many since there are so many to keep track of.
1.Multiple lawsuits that have resulted in settlements and fines.
2. While applying fot the IND on HEMX he was asked to re-submit the application up to 6 times due to clerical errors.
3. Multipal amended SEC filings due to poor accounting practices and miss information.
4.Failure to meet his own time lines and benchmarks with out any reasonable explaination only "radio silence".
5. Ambiguous PRs with no tangebile information, only a delicate dance around what we as investors all want to know such as where we are in ceartain processes and time lines of when those will be completed.
6. Severe dillution of sister companies as to secure his crazy salary which has been noticed by most investors as being way too generous for what he does as a CEO.
7. Allowing silly PRs such as an EBOLA PR to be released.
