Two completely different issues. One a frivolous lawsuit against nwbo that was properly defended and the other a possible competitor skirting around the law to provide a similar therapy. Are you making the comparison because you think nwbo would be able to sue the HGG (similar to what Lonza did against nwbo) but nwbo's case would be valid (unlike Lonza's), the courts would hear the case (unlike Lonza's) and award in favor of nwbo, and shut down the HGG? Seriously, where's the connection?
