Jonesie, we both know there is a lack of verifyible
information in most pinksheets companies. However, in
the absence of said info, all we really have to go
on is our own DD and press releases. A press release
is made and becomes a matter of public record.
Even with all the disclaimers pasted in the bottom of the
press release it still has to be worded just so, or
the company could be held accountable for making
claims that are patently false.
Now barring the idea the company is putting out PR's
that are outright lies because they are accountable
for what they say, we have to take them and interpret
them as best we can.
So obviously, though we may not verify every claim
made, we have to determine what we think they are
really going to do.
I believe they will pay the dividend. If, for no other
reason, than the CEO owns most of the outstanding shares
and stands to benefit more from a dividend than we do. I
know that is what I would do.
