Well the DTC is controlled by the SEC and not the broker. So that means even if people want to buy, it is not electronically tradable so the trade cost 450$ because they need to papertrade it. I think that all the broker that have a DTC Chill needs for the SEC to raise that DTC alert that will allow us to ellectronically trade.
