* FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH LATE THURSDAY NIGHT

* RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 3 TO 5 INCHES FOR
NORTH BAY VALLEYS...2 TO 3 AND A HALF INCHES FOR MOST URBAN AREAS
FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO PENINSULA AND MONTEREY BAY REGION...AND UP
TO 8 INCHES FOR THE COASTAL RANGES.

EXPECT SUSTAINED SOUTH-SOUTHEAST WINDS 25 TO 35 KTS WITH GUSTS 35 TO
50 KTS FROM 12 AM THURSDAY UNTIL 4 PM THURSDAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE FROM 4 AM THURSDAY TO 10 AM THURSDAY. HEAVY RAIN WILL ACCOMPANY THE WINDS.
