Main Point...they are probably incorporated in a state(s) with a registered agent that is really just some random John Doe's address that receives mail and is listed on official papers. It all looks sketchy because that's how the system is right now and i'm sure this will be an issue for the government at some point. The New Guinea government got into trouble for laundering money through US/foreign banks this way in the past using this messed up system cause they are corrupt. Pulling up some papers with some names that don't match, etc really doesn't prove much at all. Anybody can take this info or leave it. I don't care hah
