Ok. I have only been following this forum since last week, so I apologize if this is old news. I just did my own research on TCEL both online research and making multiple phone calls to listen to voicemail to attempt to validate a little more.

1) I looked up the law group that is the SEC counsel for "Therapy Cells, INC" along with other companies their law group represents. I found the official website for the law group located in NY. I called and emailed the lawyer. Now, obviously their office is closed, but I did get a voicemail with the lawyer stating her name. The other companies the law group represents have, from what I can tell, legit websites and phone numbers. This group has multiple legal counsels (with pictures and contact info) working in the same place. Most of them specialize in SEC related law. Hopefully, I will get more info in the morning when they are open.

B) The process of a foreign company becoming "INCORPORATED" in the United States is a process/business full of sketchy ass shit, lol. Most end up having an "official" USA address in a random state on a random street. This is because they end up contacting people who literally make a living by letting foreign companies use their address, etc. I'm not sure if anybody knows about the crappy government of New Guinea, Africa and how a top ranking official laundered a bunch of money blah blah blah. I have read up on that and learned a little about the flaws in our system and how sketchy it is, BUT...that's how it works. This could explain a little as to why some last names, addresses, etc look sketchy. If you look online it lists the patent TCEL has as Wyoming and their address in FL is in a suburb of Florida. This is normal for a foreign company incorporated in the USA. I'll shut up now and stop ranting.
