Did you read the filings?? Thats where it says it....show you? Um, can you not go and read the filings? It is plain as day....or if you cany read the filings, call the co,mpany...they will tell you they are restricted....but actually, it is worse then that....the filing actually states the shares will remain UNREGISTERED, which means they arent even restricted because technically they havent been registered and may never be registered....Now, if they do register them then the restrictions will be in place for the 1 to 2 year period, limiting the % you can sell each month once restriction is lifted...
Now, some are surmising they will seek an expemption to make the shares free trading....Hmm, funny....why would one surmise that......buy today for .0002 - .0005 a share and then next week you can sell for .005 a share...funny cause IMO, that will bankrupt them....even funnier is if you call the company and ask why they are restricted they will tell you the same thing..."If they arent restricted people will buy at .0005 and dump a week later for .005 like any sane investor would do, and the company would be bankrupt, hence the restriction to prevent this"...sounds good, cause they are correct..if free trading, every share would be dumped the minute you got them...who wouldnt buy today for .0005 or less and sell for .005 in a week if they could? So, they are correct...notv restricted would bankrupt them and I agree....however, in 1 or 2 years, when they are done diluting and rs'ing this to death, they will likely be bankrupt, imo..or at .0001 a share...it's just a way for them to milk more money for as long as they can until it is worthless.....Then, just as in the past with THIS EXACT COMPANY..you will likely see them with the same names involved, different biz model, different biz name and more great promises they will never deliver on....shampoo, rinse and repeat.....
