With UAPC it is tricky right now.. With it being so undervalued and their management never putting out press releases it allows the flippers to come in and mess with it.. Recently it popped after it 3rd qtr report alone no PR or anything it went from 0.0007 to 0.0024 within days, of course the flippers took advantage of this and then it went back down, they used it as a pump and dump.

But I believe with just the financials alone even if these morons never put out a PR it will slowly rise.. Short term 0.0030 long term after April with another outstanding report like their last I could see it getting to 0.0080 or higher...

I think this is a hidden GEM and since the whales/flippers know it is still a stock flying under the radar they take advantage of it until some serious buying happens. Hope that helps a little.

P.S. after you look at their last 10Q if you get the chance and compare it you will see why I was a little worked up over the price difference of the two stocks. :P
