Based on the Computerwire article, I believe CLYW is moving in a new business direction. There will be less emphasis on building and selling phones and more on licensing the technology. I think that Sharma has brought some outside knowledge to the company and he realizes that the company will not be able to sell the only SFMC phones on the market. Where CLYW's market is, is to license the technology to the phone makers.
