I will try to answer, though I am not an expert. Most all of
this has been covered in my thread on HSM, so I will respond,
but I will not do your DD for you.
Darth. Do you have any response to any of this? I know you just got started trading last October, but logic dictates that new or old traders should not ignore the obvious.

Look at the truth.

Announced a dividend, but he refuses to provide any details. No one has any clue how the 1.10 value was derived or what they will receive or when. Other detail dates have come and gone with nothing but crazy lies for excuses.
>>>The $1.10 value was derived from the 41 million dollar
>>>sale of a minority interest in the HLS division.
Announced an IPO and never announced an investment banker and no prospectus has ever been made available.
>>>The announced IPO as stated in recent PR's is underway
>>>Why should the details be public before the event takes
>>>place? That would be a violation in and of itself.
Announced an article was written about IDWD by a magazine with circulation of 75,000 when the magazine's own 2006 press kit clearly states ciirculation is only 25,000
>>>I remember looking this up and the press kit is out of
>>>date. You have to poke around the website or email the
>>>contact there for the current circulation numbers.
Announced a joint venture with Yahoo, but never connected the symbol. No response from Yahoo at all.
>>>I never heard about a joint venture with Yahoo, only that
>>>then new 995ad.com website now uses the same programming
>>>language as Yahoo. There was some mention of teaming up >>>with Cisco and others for the equipment upgrades at the >>>HLS center in Pakistan, though, I did think that was >>>stretching it a bit.
Announced he had the fastest growing site on Alexa which was completely false.
>>>At the time of the PR, it was true, however as with any
>>>ranking service, these page ranks change daily, if not
>>>hourly. Give me a break.
Announced IDWD would go OTCBB last fall and that accountants were preparing for the event.. Never brought the subject up again--no filings have ever been made in preparation for this.
>>>Per an email from the CEO, these plans are in the works
>>>and they take time to develop, especially with all that
>>>IDWD has going on right now. One step at at time. Just
>>>nine months ago, IDS Worldwide was not even a publicly >>>traded company. I would say that looking back, their >>>growth has been astounding in such a short time.
Hinted to many that the HLS division has been sold to an OTCBB company. No SEC filings exist for such an event.
>>>I would have to look that up in my thread, but I believe
>>>my response was something like, I don't care who bought it,
>>>as long as they pony up the 41 million from which the
>>>dividend is supposed to be derived. Someone on my thread
>>>actually posted a better answer than this so, I didn't see
>>>a need to look it up myself.
Said 995ad.com had over 550,000 cars on the site, but searches clearly showed the number was only 30,000 at the time.
>>>That website has tons of cars and ads for cars, I'm not
>>>going to count them, however, How in the world did you
>>>get the old site to return that many hits? What zip code
>>>were you using? I've never gotten more than a few hundred
>>>ads for a specific zip code. I think your info there needs
>>>to be checked. It works fine for me.
He cut and paste his IDS-Worldwide.com site from another company's site, even claiming the exact same number of employees and using the exact same language.
>>>First, how do you know it wasn't the other way around?
>>>Second, there are literally hundreds of web designers
>>>out there that will make you a website using stock code.
>>>So, yeah, they could all look similar. As for the charge
>>>of outright plagerism, I can't answer that. I am sure
>>>you never copied and pasted somthing to make your job a
>>>little easier.
He announced an IEEE award which the IEEE said was a fraud.
>>>I never saw this IEEE announcement of fraud. Show it
>>>to me.
Last December, Downs announced he would post all contracts in the IDS-Worldwide site which would prove out his revenue estimates. Since that time, no contracts have been posted at all but he continues to claim revenues are growing exponentially.
>>>The contracts are with companies in Pakistan, it could be >>>that they told him they didn't want their information made
>>>public. I wouldn't. We will see when or if we get audited
>>>financials from IDWD, I am waiting for those too. But this
>>>is a pinksheets company as I keep telling my thread >>>memebers, they are under no obligation to do so.
This is a small catalogue of the Downs deceptions. Many more are out there. Downs is clearly a scamming, grifting liar. The above violations of honesty and forthrightness do not even address the fact Downs is currently serving out a term of 20 years probabtion for past securities, forgery and grand theft violations.
>>>As for the charges of felony, we came to the consensus
>>>that , IF they are true, he has gone a long way toward
>>>trying to make up for them. AND we believe that IF they
>>>are true, he MUST walk the straight and narrow now, for if
>>>he does not, it would surely be the end of him.
Come on Darth. I refuse to believe that our Navy would have personnel which can not add 2 + 2. I thought this was the modern, educated military. I know from reading your posts that you are intelligent. Why are you acting as though all of this does not matter?
>>>I am not acting as if all of this does not matter. In fact
>>>all these things have been a concern at one time or >>>another. Our thread on HSM has dealt with them , one by >>>one, as they came up and moved on. We just don't keep >>>repeating these points OVER and OVER, ad naseum, like here >>>on IHUB.
After all of the above, you aid and abet him by helping to spread all of this false information by posting it as headers to your board, headers to your posts and content of posts on the HSM board and then have the nerve to request bans be placed on any who would question the content of Downs PRs, past or present.
>>>I only request bans for people who want to spam post over and over the same points that we have already covered. People who join with the intention of bashing. People who don't respect others.
>>>This is all I have time for now. Most of this stuff has been covered in my thread on HSM. Please do drop by and read
the whole thing. All opinions are welcome as long as they are stated as such, and not repeated over and over and over.
Hope this helps you some.
