OT- the court cases are largely forgotten. No mentions from Kay in order to attempt to prop up this dying carcass. My guess is they are being strung along by the side with the deeper pockets and/or they are not going as planned.

Blink Rome is not going to invest much time/ resources if they don't see a large settlement in a timely fashion. Microsoft can string this out until SFOR goes out of business. At which point only the principles have z chance of recovering any thing.

Common shareholders will see nothing.

This is a dead company trading.

PS: I also don't expect anything out of the Whitesky suit.
