A lot of irrelevant information there. The old GRAS Greenfield business failed and the company became a shell. The R/S and sell up to 950 mill shares was to purchase Carmela's and start over.

I have never heard anyone on here who has been around since before Carmela's but that is the business of interest here.

This wave of dilution is to open the new bricks and mortar and kick start the franchising. Once again, it becomes a very different business at that point.

Point being that sometimes dilution gets you an opportunity of a new business and is actually worthwhile. It's why every company is here on the OTC, they all sell shares at some point.

Will it be successful? Time will tell. They were very specific and short term in stating that a new restaurant would be open in January. It's not long to wait to see whether all of this is worthwhile.
