Something that crossed my mind. And it is a very long shot. WHAT IF, and i do understand the size of the "if", but what if Koos is waiting for FDA approval of an IND to do another dividend or something of that nature. for instance, has a plan in place to send filings to SEC to issue more shares to share holders/or whatever type of dividend, FDA sends approval, he has 4 days to send filings and prep pr's, puts out news and files 8K on IND, and then offers dividend PR, and the chase is ON! nothing but good reasons to get in BMSN and RGBP..perhaps ENTB will be at play too. Anyway, wow, that could be very nice!
