and so would we all...the financing is obviously the reason for my post. It's not like they have money coming out of their ears. 2-5k units may be a piece of cake out of petty cash but 500k+ units is someone elses cash...whos?...and how?...and when? Presales...partner...buyout? Who knows, but something needs to happen or it don't happen. This is the quiet time...and so we wait.
