RG asked us to write an email to William K. Harrington and others.
I was afraid not to get any answer but today I got this Email (shortened):

Enclosed please find a copy of a letter from US Trustee William Harrington to Attorney William Baldiga regarding the request for an Equity Committee.

After careful consideration of all of the information provided in connection with the Request and after conducting due diligence as the United States Trustee, I have determined that it is not appropriate for me to exercise my discretion to form an official committee of equity security holders. While I decline to appoint an Equity Committee at this junctureo I reserve the right to do so at a future date should the circumstances
warrant the same.
