Deal is dead IMO as any other deal they annouced dating few years back. Columbian deal never was officialy dead either yet year later nothing has materialized. Think of it this way. When you get suspended from job indefenitly you don't get officialy fired. You just never return to work again. That's the same thing GTE is exercising with all those deals. GTE will not mention anything regarding those deals again. Have you heard an update on Columbian deal ? or China deal, or German cities deal. Should I go on? I think you get the point.
