How did he fail ? He made a nice bit of pocket change operating this shell game. Everyone was warned many times over many years that this is nothing but another "south Florida scam corporation" hell, even its leader warned you all. After the Huff fiasco and the many subsequent lies following his departure anyone that bought into this was suckered by their own lack of due diligence. Indeed a mirror is the only thing needed to know who to blame. There is no recovery , no chance, no future now. It's agonal breaths only now.
