Wavelength is how long a radio wave is, for example one gigahertz wavelength is one inch, which oscillates 1 billion times a second. The Peak to Peak “amplitude” would be the maximum voltage attained positive and negative; the RMS or root means squared amplitude or usable amplitude would be peak to peak x .707. There is no wide amplitude but there are wide wavelengths that would be why you would need a long antenna to detect low frequency radio waves. Of course since your microwave oven has a metal grid in the window designed to break up the micro radio waves that cook your food so they don’t make you sterile. Just a liquidmetal thought.
