The best case scenario is that Apple's claim is cancelled because they are at fault for significant delays due to their interference in their supplier's expert business of growing and fabricating sapphire crystal wafers.
With the claim cancelled, and the Court hearing an Equity Committee which presents the vibrant growth story of GTAT and the huge assets they have in inventory (more than a billion and a half dollars of furnaces to sell, for one) (and the evidence of sales through financial statements over the next couple of quarters), the Equity emerges 100% intact thanks to these accurate presentations.
As GTATQ emerges from bankruptcy sometime between June and October 1st 2015, everyone will be nicely settled in because its business as usual, after all, and 100% of the stakeholders get to enjoy the full fruits of their investments.
