The stock is worth what it's trading for,shell prices.Its cheaper to buy a shell,consolidate it and refinance it that start from scratch and go through all the hoops of getting a TSE listing.
Once the bloom is off the rose and the last rah rah boy has faded away,the stock is consolidated,renamed and refinanced, a 'great opportunity' for the next batch of naive and foolish people who actually think 'this ones diferent' and that they are 'investors'and then it begins all over again-watch for 'Huge News'...
