Oh Jesus. It's the same PR as always, just repackage and reworded a bit.

I particularly love the term "joined forces". Are you kidding me??
How about saying something with a little more substance like Validian signed a __ year contract w/ said Channel Partner to provide....blah blah blah and is expected to bring in revenue in the nature of _____ per end point.
