MIKP Mark update


Hi Mark!

What is new beside ADCS and concerns MIKP. Will MIKP be using the ServeNation card? Have you had revenues like you told me you would have BY 3rd quarter for ServeNation? Any encouraging signs from the SEC/FINRA (especially FINRA) for becoming pink again and getting that darn 211 satisfied.



Mark's response:

Unfortunately, I cannot discuss ServeNation/ADCS as our plan has yet to be publicly announced. We do not currently have revenues in ServeNation, but I am confident we will upon ADCS's launch of their card. I am confident that FINRA will review our package and, once satisfied, approve it, once submitted, per our discussion with them at the beginning of the year. We are close to our effective date and are corresponding with SEC all the while. As well, I jumped the gun, being overly cautious, with our NT filing. It was apparently unnecessary as our quarterly is not due until 45 days after the Form 10 was submitted, and now, our SEC correspondent tells us that we can simply include it in our responses to their initial round of comments. Everything is going great so far! knock on wood.
