There are some that have said that when this pops, the pps wouldn't appreciate any further than .02, due to the earlier dilution. I question that, as in March when the share price achieved .05 without a shred of news why couldn't this accelerate to considerably higher pps with a quality PR announcing filings, FDA approval, etc. It appears to me that would negate the previous dillutive effect. Have seen some folks state .10 or better is achievable. Why not?
