This figure is about 50mil too high. The current float is less than 180 mil. Most of the convertible warrants etc wont get converted unless we see a PPS increase considerably above the current price. Also IMHO diluting by stock offering or reverse splits are not likely at these price levels.

If something important happened eg. The FDA allows an expansion or a de facto expansion or on the label, or the company announces a favorable partnership and the PPS rises significantly, then the company might come with a PIPE.
