I will not participate in asking for a shareholders meeting. First of all management doesn't have any news to report on the funding. The federal grant applications are just now being submitted to the government. Second, it takes 60 days plus to hear any response from the government. Third, management is working dilegently to the plan to obtain those federal grants. Four, management is on a very tight budget & do not need the added cost of a share holders meeting . Five, your plans to remove the CEO & management is not the answer . Nor is it feasible! Our CEO doesn't receive a salary . You will not be able to obtain another CEO without major league dollars. The same goes for the rest of management . So what are your true goals for a shareholders meeting? What you are seeking will not benefit the company & it's investors.... It will only hurt the company & lead to its demise ! As for the PPS & charts, it's nothing that I haven't seen before. I look at it as a positive opportunity to buy more shares. I'm not worried for I have faith in c-space! Plus too many others are interested in c-space too including the Air Force, Navy, Boeing, Raytheon, NIH, DOD, etc. isn't amazing that despite the PPS & worrisome 10Q, are partner SCHOTT is still standing by our side! So by all means buy more shares. The new year is going to bring multiple funds for c-space. BTW, our CEO & management are not clowns. They are professionals with numerous college degrees! These degrees donot come by easily.... It takes hard work, study, & commitment ! I for one know that for a fact! You have the right to voice your opinion. But to go as far as replacing management is not in the realm of the investor. My advice is to remain calm & patiently wait for news on funding. GLTA
