As for the CE- I was under the impression (from JO's last email to me mid November) that all the info was in the attorney's and OTC's hands and that there was not much more he could do. Apparently, the OTC asked him for a piece of paperwork the Monday before he left (which he submitted to them). His concern was that the OTC would need something else as well while he was gone and has limited access to company papers. He finished with saying that he had done all he could and that everything was in others' hands. It can be any day now- a common anthem, I know, but true none-the-less. And when it happens, our patience will pay off!
