Sorry but the success here is actually not based on ANY other filing from ANY other company. The figures you allude to,are from filings where the filings were based on various degrees of insolvency,which is not the case with GTATQ.This Chap 11 was filed to get relief from a bad contract,that threatened the company's existence.This Chap 11 will be resolved on it's own merits and so far I've seen nothing that would indicate any tampering with the share structure.I have heard nothing from anyone here that would justify the claim that commons would be in jeopardy.
