I wish Mr. White the best at turning this company around. He has a lot of work to do to shed the negative and shady dealings this ticker has undergone with the last three ceo's. After perusing the recent reports put out by him, I didn't see anything different in them than a few name changes and dates.

There was no mention (that I saw) of the preferred share certificate distribution to the then current shareholders. I don't think that we will ever hear anything about those certs in the future. Not that I ever thought they had any value whatsoever.

We have a new ceo that updated the ticker info so that it might be able to trade again, but we don't know what the company is actually going to do. Will he stay with below par Apps? Will that "silver bullet" database software come back into play? Will he turn it into a mmj company? Nothing has been said yet as to what Mr. White would like to do with this company. I am looking forward to hearing from him, his plans, his actions and whether or not we have a ceo that might actually do something for this company.

Lets see what Mr. White does with ANDI,
