The fact that the company only has approximately 50 to 60 million shares outstanding and is trading under a penny with an incredible operating history is what separates companies from being considered overvalued and undervalued.


The problem is that within a few months this company will have several hundred millions O/S and then it will just continue to go up. The O/S right now "looks" good and that's exactly the problem. People think the stock was cheap at 02 which it was based on the then current O/S but many have no idea what it means to have toxic financing running high. I have seen companies go from 50 million shares to one billion in a few months. All the while the stock will lose 98% of it's value and the convertible guys will be able to continue to convert ever cheaper.
