LOL wonder what negative dd is? Do we really want anyone to do DD on LTNC? That's sounds like a bad idea. I mean if they look at the financials won't they see where the CEO told us that he was going to get rid of the million in toxic debt he had? Whoops did we see in the latest 10Q that he not only didn't get rid of the debt he added another million in toxic debt. Whoops and lets see his latest PR now shows yet another million in toxic debt. Wonder if its 4 or 5 million now? Gee is that the negative PR? How about the fact that the CEO neglected to pay the IRS over a million in payroll taxes and now the company has a lien on the business. And gee we also see its not the first time he failed to pay. Is that the negative DD? When we look over the PR'S the CEO puts out each and every month and talks about record months does he not think we might look over his figures and scratch our head? I mean if we are to believe the same store numbers we are getting than the newest 17 places are doing nothing. He already closed the one he had in the 5th largest market in the country in Houston. Really a booming place like Houston and you can't make a go of it? Do the financials not show quarter after quarter millions in losses? Is this the negative dd we are talking about. Was the PPS not in the .80's earlier this year and as we all can see has dropped to where its .003 ticks from being in the sub penny land? Did the CEO not take out all his own investment despite knowing full well of the toxic debt he add to add to cover it and the payroll taxes he couldn't pay? These are just some of the things that any and all can see for themselves by looking at the financials and the PR'S. Is that the DD we want people to do. Better hope they don't
