Billy, As blue_ in_ MI said, you're busted. In your post # 2443, made at 11:43.you stated flatly "I spoke with Leonard on the phone and he told me that there wasn't going to be any filing by the end of April."

If you were reading between the lines, you should have stated that you deduced from what he said that there would be no filing done in April. You could have even said that based on your years of investing experience yada, yada ,yada.

Then in post # 2458, you came up with this lame comment:
" when did I say that it was today that we spoke?"

You didn't, but it's clear that if you actually spoke to Leonard about the filing not being done in April, it was today.

From your post #2435 made at 9:45 today, you said: "Peeker, we're in for a monster day IMO

I'm not selling unless the stock gets overvalued. .75 "

Clearly, if Leonard had told you there would be no filing in April, any earlier than today, you wouldn't have made the above comment.

Then in post # 2443, made at 11:41 today, you said "I am looking at what kind of buys my broker can line up, cause I dont like the looks of things if the filings don't get done."

I'm on your case about this because it's wrong for you to intentionally post misinformation. And silly for you to wiggle after you're caught. "Oh what tangled webs we weave, when first we practice to deceive."

FWIW worth, I don't expect to see a filing in April either, but I'm not going to mess with people's heads by by making disingenuous posts.

BTW. Maybe you should post Moderator Billy's Code of Conduct. I want to see why it's wrong for me to call you a jerk, but OK for you to call Ed Leonard "a real asshole"
