Mr. White is responsible for a new direction for ANDI. The stock has been dead for almost 2 years.

IMO its better to change the share structure now than to do it in a few months after whatever program Mr. White has in mind is underway. At least the company will restart with a tiny O/S, float and A/S. if the new program is well managed it'll stay that way.
