Within what timeframe must an alternate reporter to OTC Markets, must a filer file an annual report and/or a financial statement to remain a current filer?

For instance, if a alternate reporter's fiscal year end is 07/31, how long does OTC Markets give that filer to issue an annual report and/or a financial statement?
